Summit Green Tea

Summit Green Tea (Lục Trà Chốt Đỉnh) is Việt An Trà's most premium green tea, made from tender tea buds and one to two adjacent leaves, hand-picked when the tea reaches its highest purity. The biggest difference comes from the raw material region and an actual altitude of about 2000m above sea level. It's called 'Summit' tea because it's harvested from the high peaks, which once served as border guard posts during the 1979 border war in Ha Giang.

The leaves are picked early in the morning, while the buds are still covered in dew, rich in natural aroma and flavor compounds. After harvesting, the tea is quickly processed using traditional green tea methods to preserve the leaf color, fresh aroma, and vibrant taste. The tea is not flavored, contains no additives, and retains the pure essence of original green tea.

When brewed, the tea liquor is clear, with a bright greenish-yellow hue. The aroma is clean, fresh, with hints of young grass and subtle herbs. The taste is smooth, with low astringency, a clear and clean sweet aftertaste. It is light on the palate, easy to drink yet not bland, suitable for daily enjoyment or for times requiring alertness and focus.
